Our normal cutoff for all deliveries before Christmas is Sunday, December 17th. We cannot guaranty any deliveries for orders placed after this date. For our smaller pillows, we ship via USPS priority and the latest cutoff for those orders is Tuesday (Dec 19th) morning at 10 am. We offer a standard flat rate shipping of $5.95 on all orders under $49 and Free Standard shipping on all orders over $ 49.00. This offer is valid only for shipping to the 48 contiguous states within the United States. Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To see the exact shipping charge, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page.
Orders that include $49.00 or more of qualifying products (excluding applicable taxes and shipping charges) enjoy free shipping. The Free Shipping is automatically applied to your cart if your order qualifies.
Standard Ground Shipping & Delivery Time All orders are shipped within 24- 48 business hours from the time of order placement. However, certain larger items and custom orders may require additional time to prepare for shipment. We ship using USPS priority, Fed Ex Home Delivery and UPS Ground. To avoid fraudulent activities, we do not currently ship to PO Box address unless it is on a military base. Delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Alaska and Hawaii Delivery
We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Where is My Stuff?
Once an order is shipped, you may find the shipping detail/tracking information by logging into "My Account". If you have any questions or are unable to find your shipment information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How Do I Return An Item!
If an item arrives in damaged condition, you may refuse delivery and send it back with the shipping carrier. If you received a flawed product or a wrong item, please email our customer service at email@example.com. Will ship you a new identical replacement product or give you a refund of your purchase price.
To return an unwanted item, you must notify us via email to obtain a Return Authorization and ship it back to us within 60 days from the time of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back in new, unopened and unused condition. Items that have been used and are not in sell-able condition cannot be returned. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to be appear in your account.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept "used" returns which are no longer re-sellable.
