Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouses and administration office, which is in Florida.

I have a question on my charges.

You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.  We process all orders within 24-48 working business hours from the time of order placement.  If an item is out of stock or shipping may be delayed, we will notify the customer immediately via email and provide an option to cancel the order if desired.
